Welcome to my blog! My name is Rick Jarrett and for the past 15 years I have been in sales for American Image Graphics. We specialize in large format digital and screen printing for point of sale and fleet graphics.
So much has changed in the industry since I started in the late 70’s. Remember doing creative art on artboards? I’ve watched as technology marched forward offering new, better and faster methods for printing and art creation. In the mid 80’s I worked for a major color separation house. Retouching on our new state of the art Scitex (an extremely expensive workstation) was billed at $600 per hour. Now, all you need is a Mac or PC and Photoshop to do the same and more. The digital evolution has changed every part of the graphics industry letting everyone be more creative.
My purpose for this blog is to introduce you to many of the new products and techniques in the Graphic Arts Industry. A resource that you can check from time to time for new ideas!
I’ll also occasionally include some of the fun hobbies I have when not working.

Thanks for the post. I’m assuming you are referring to the pop-up when you hover over the categories. It’s all part of the wordpress theme and online software. I use a theme calle “Emire” . Hope that answers your question.
